Terms & Conditions

I/We understand the Term and Conditions of the Special Offer that I/We have chosen at the time of signing up for pre-purchase of holiday vouchers from La Flora Holiday Resorts Private Limited.
I/We understand that the holiday vouchers cannot be surrendered/ refundable or cancelled.
I/We understand that I/we shall be admitted as customer of La Flora Holidays Package only upon realization full payment from our side, to be entitled to enjy the benefits of holiday plan.
I/We understand that the number of people is 2+2 (i.e. Two Adults and two Child). Below age 12 will be treated as child.
I/We understand that the additional Pax charges will be Rs.600/- for child and Rs.900/- for Adult (Coorg Resort) and Rs.400/- for child and Rs.700/- for Adult (Other Resorts) same to be paid at the resort.
Other Benefits* - I/We understand that the Other benefits are subject to availability in the Resorts.
I/We understand that staying at Coorg can adjust 2 room nights and for other resorts adjust 1 room night from my/our credit.
I/We understand that this package will be used only by myself and the dependant declared in this application. However we can gift maximum of three nights holiday coupons to my friends and relatives. Its my/our responsibility on referred guests if any problems arise and the Company does not undertake any respnsible or liabiblity.
I/We understand that this package is not to be sold or transferred to any other person or company. This package is non-refundable or exchangable.
I/We understand that holiday entitlement shall automatically lapse at the end of third year from the date of purchase.
I/We understand that the confirmation of Holiday Reservations subject to availability. I/We are aware that without confirmation voucher issued by the company by mail/hard copy, I/We are not eligible to stay in the Resort.
I/We understand that I/We should do our Reservation/Bookings 30 days prior from my/our date of stay.
I/We confirm that three are noother verbal/written promises or any other assurances not mentioned in the Holiday Plan that have been made by any comapny personnel.
I/We have read all rules and regulations carefully and agree to the same.
Cancellation Policy: Booking canceling less than 7 days, 100% Retention. Booking canceling between 8-14 days, 50% of the total booking value. Booking canceling before 14 days, No cancellation Charges.
